New Construction Residential

Residential new construction includes various subdivisions. Recently, we completed this model home in the Ben Oaks subdivision located 1/4 mile north, on Route 5 from WaWa in Mechanicsville, Maryland.

 

 

 

 

This air handler installed in the basement is from one of the many custom home applications done in the Tri-County area. This installation was done in Ridge, Maryland.

 

 

 

 

The three outdoor units were installed in a 6,500 square foot home located in Dunkirk, Maryland.
