Tri-County Aire installs and services heating and cooling systems utilizing our factory-trained service technicians. We design and install total heating and cooling systems for your home or business – for new construction or an existing location. Our in-house ductwork fabrication shop enables us to precisely produce ductwork required for a project on a timely basis.

Installation Warranties

One Year Parts & Labor Warranty
All installations of air conditioners, heat pumps, air cleaners, air handlers, humidifiers, zone control units, and furnaces are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty for one year on parts and labor and subject to General Conditions.

Extended Service Plans
Tri-County Aire offers flexible extended service plans on most equipment installations. To benefit from the extended coverage our service plans provide, we will need to be notified that you want the extended coverage before completion of equipment installation.

The Trane extended service plan includes:

• Option to purchase coverage in five (5)- or ten (10)-year increments* to cover parts only or parts and labor for the duration of the agreement. The option to purchase coverage on equipment which has been installed for less than 5 years is also available (some restrictions apply).

• Fully transferable to the new owner if property is sold.

• Built-in product replacement advantage

Please note that routine maintenance is required as recommended in the owner's manual to ensure proper performance of the equipment. Repairs that are required due to lack of routine maintenance are not covered by the Trane Extended Warranty Agreement. Tri-County Aire can provide routine maintenance.
