"I wanted to take a moment to provide customer feedback for one your technicians. David was out today, 10 Dec, to service my system that was short-cycling. He was not only professional, courteous and knowledgeable he was also very helpful in explaining what he was doing and why as he narrowed down the issues. He worked quickly but thoroughly and ensured everything was in order before he left. This sort of customer service should be the hallmark of most companies. Sadly these days it has become rare indeed. If I were to ever need service again, I would most certainly rather it be David than any other tech. He was by all accounts "top notch".

"I want to let you know how happy my husband and I are with our new Bryant HVAC system. We were in quite a jam when our old system broke down and the outdoor temp was in the low 20's. Your serviceman, Bill, checked everything out and convinced us we needed a new system. This was a few days before the huge snowstorm that had been predicted. Bill and another serviceman came on that Friday at 8:00 a.m. They worked all day in the cold, installing the new system. They took no breaks and worked continuously. By 5:00 p.m. they were finished and there was about 4 inches of snow on the ground at that time, and it was snowing heavily. We were particularly grateful because my 96 year old mother, who lives with us, was suffering from the cold. Bill was absolutely right about the new system. It works beautifully, and actually puts out real heat, unlike the old heat pump. We have always been happy with your service, but I would like to know that Bill and his partner will get some special thanks for a job well done. Thank you."

"My first contact was with your Office Manager, Nancy Norris. She followed this project, and kept me apprised, from beginning to end. She immediately returned any emails and phone calls, sometimes even after hours. She truly cares about Tri-County Aire and its customers and is the absolute epitome of customer service in every way. I am sure you already know that Tri-County Aire is very fortunate to have Nancy on its staff!

The next person to contact me was Brian Hammett, your Sales Representative. Brian immediately contacted me via phone and then came to my house within a couple of days to determine the best HVAC system to suit my needs. He acted swiftly to make sure I got in on the SMECO and Bryant rebates. He also contacted his installer and made sure they were at my house within the week. Brian is also a great representative of Tri-County Aire and an obvious expert on all HVAC systems. Again, as I'm sure you know, he too is a great asset to Tri-County Aire.

Next, Brandon Johnson was my installer. He came highly recommended by my daughter and son-in-law who just had Tri-County Aire install a new HVAC system in their house--so I was very happy to know that he was going to handle my job as well. Brandon and the techs who worked with him (Wayne, Todd, and the Electrician Eric) were all outstanding; they completed the entire job in one day and followed up to make sure everything was installed and working correctly. They were always courteous and explained anything I needed to know. If I did not catch anyone else's name or if I have forgotten anyone, please relay my appreciation to them as well.

I am loving this new system. It runs so quietly and keeps my house so much cooler than my old system did. My grandson spends two days with me each week, so I am happy to have a humidifier, a dehumidifier and an air purifier now. The digital thermostat which is connected to my Wi-Fi is absolutely incredible. I love to be able to change my temperature settings from anywhere using my iPhone. It's also nice to get up in the morning and immediately see what the temperature is outside and what it's going to be all day or all week.

"First with Lee S. for his knowledge of the Trane equipment he matched for our home, and for his patience’s while we handled some untraditional circumstances that needed to be addressed and handled before the installation for our Trane equipment could be ordered and installed. He stopped by to see how we were progressing and kept in close contact by phone as well. Also for stopping by the day of installation to be sure everything we had discussed with him prior was being carried out and taken care of.

And second with the two installation mechanics (Brandon & Steven F.) who did a meticulous job installing our equipment. They were very polite, neat and knowledgeable when it came to re-routing the line set as well as communicating with me (us) when a question arose, so I (we) could then make the ultimate decision. It was nice to see two young men taking pride in their trade and paying attention to detail.
