In 2007, Tri-County Aire celebrated 20 years in business in Southern Maryland.

John R. Bailey, III founded Tri-County Aire, Inc. in 1987, first operating from a small office in his Clements home with just 4 employees and 2 trucks. Today the enterprise is housed in a modern 11,400 sq. ft. complex in Charlotte Hall with over 50 employees, an up-to-the-minute ductwork manufacturing shop, and a fleet of 30 vehicles operating with state-of-the-art GPS dispatching. Today, Tri-County Aire offers a variety of heating and cooling options including geothermal units, heat pumps, air conditioners, gas & oil furnaces, humidifiers as well as clean air systems to our customers in Charles, St. Mary’s, and Calvert counties.

John’s goal for his company is to be the preferred HVAC contractor in Southern Maryland and his team continually works to maintain that position.
